We are located close to town (minutes by car, a 20 minute leisurely walk. or you can use the local bus service). There are local shops just a few minutes walk away that include a supermarket, chemist and takeaway. Also within walking distance is the historical Telegraph Station.

Driving east, west, north or south, there is plenty to take the breath away from views of the famed Mount Sonder (a Larapinta Trek for those with the stamina), a drive north to see the famed Anmatjere Man, who now also has a wife and child (by local sculptor Mark Egan); south to Rainbow Valley, Chambers Pillar and the Henbury Meteorites Conservation Reserve; south-west to spectacular views along the Binns Track; east to Emily Gap to see the Caterpillar Dreaming; and locally the historic Alice Springs Telegraph Station, Alice Springs Desert Park (below Mount Gillen) and the Araluen Cultural Precinct… just to name a few special things to do.
